Comprehensive Scheme Public Hearing
A Public Hearing will be held by the Port Commission of South Whidbey Island on April 9, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the Freeland Library Meeting Room, 5495 Harbor Avenue, Freeland, WA 98249, with virtual access via Zoom Meeting Service, for the Comprehensive Scheme for the Port District of South Whidbey Island. The regular monthly meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing. The Comprehensive Scheme has been prepared and can be found here. For convenience, a hard copy of the document will be on file for viewing at the Port office at 1804 Scott Rd, Suite 303, Freeland WA. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Seasonal Floats
Bush Point: One boarding float at has been installed. The Port is waiting on our rental company to make repairs to their boom truck, then the remaining floats will be installed.
Possession Beach Waterfront Park: Two boarding floats have been installed. Thank you for your patience as we work through equipment issues to get the remaining floats installed.
